Overview
Federal Mental Health is dedicated to serving federal workers' compensation patients who have been injured on the job, both physically and psychologically. Our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate psychological care tailored to the unique needs of these clients.
We are seeking LPC's/LMHC's who are licensed to practice independently in Georgia, Indiana, Minnesota, Ohio, Arizona or Lousiana. This is a work-from-home position offering flexible, part-time hours. We have a few patients to start you off with and will grow your caseload from there.
We are looking for someone with atleast ~15~ hours of time availible during the work week.
This has the potential to grow into a full time role with benefits.
Applicants must have Counseling Compact privilages in all member states or be willing to obtain them. The company can cover asocaited costs.
Duties
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to federal workers’ compensation patients and other clients injured on the job.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify psychological needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support client recovery and well-being.
- Document all therapy sessions and treatment progress accurately in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.
Experience
- Must hold a Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Must have current licensure as an LPC or LCSW with the ability to practice independently in Alabama.
- Experience working with ill and injured individuals.
- While you will not have to do any billing, experience working within medicare CPT code frameworks is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality care in a virtual environment.
