Your Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
- Complete patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Educate patients and caregivers on the plan of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the BrightStar Care clinical team
Qualifications
Required
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Preferred
- Home care experience
- Skilled nursing experience
- Experience with pediatric, adult, or geriatric patients
