MoneyShow is a leading financial media and conference company that connects individual investors, traders, and financial advisors with world‑class market experts through in‑person events, digital content, and multimedia channels. We are growing our portfolio of conferences, digital products, and sponsorship programs and are expanding our in‑house creative team to support that growth.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full‑time, in‑office Graphic Designer to own and execute visual design across our events, sponsorship assets, and marketing campaigns. This role will create on‑brand, conversion‑focused designs for email, social, web, print, and on‑site event materials that drive attendee and sponsorship revenue.
This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in our Sarasota, Florida office. Remote, hybrid, freelance, and agency applications will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital assets for demand‑gen and retention campaigns: email graphics, landing page imagery, paid social ads, display banners, OTT/CTV graphics, and presentation decks.business.
- Create event branding systems and collateral: logos/themes, signage, stage and environmental graphics, programs, badges, and sponsor recognition assets.
- Develop sponsor‑facing sales and recap materials: pitch decks, one‑sheets, media kits, and case‑study visuals that help close and retain
- Produce on‑brand graphics for our websites, content hub, and streaming/OTT experiences, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, events, content, and sales teams to interpret briefs, translate strategy into compelling design, and hit performance and deadline targets.business.
- Take projects from concept through final deliverables: mood boards, rough comps, iterations, and production‑ready files (digital and print).
- Prepare print‑ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors as needed, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on‑time delivery.
- Maintain and evolve MoneyShow’s visual identity, templates, and design systems to improve consistency and speed of execution.
- Stay current on design, event branding, and digital marketing trends; proactively suggest creative tests and improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience in marketing, media, events, or B2B/B2C environments (in‑house or agency).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing and event‑related work: campaigns, ads, landing pages, decks, and/or event branding and collateral.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of Figma or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience designing for both digital and print, including knowledge of best practices for web, email, social, and print production.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy with a focus on clarity and conversion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, campaign‑driven environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable taking feedback from marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders and iterating quickly.business.
- Must be able and willing to work full‑time, in‑office at our Sarasota, FL headquarters.

Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, live events, or experiential marketing campaigns.
- Background in financial services, media, or education, or demonstrated interest in markets and investing.
- Basic motion/animation skills (After Effects, Premiere, or similar) for simple social and event bumpers.
- Familiarity with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) and building polished sales/exec decks.
- Comfort experimenting with AI‑powered design tools to speed production while maintaining brand standards.
