Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University in Psychology with a concentration in applied behavior analysis.
Three years of experience in a behavioral oriented program.
Eligible to sit for the BCaBA or BCBA examinations.
*Passage of the above exams preferred.
Clean DMV record.

DUTY STATEMENT:
The BCBA is responsible for the following functions:
- Develop, supervise, and evaluate behavioral program for clients.
2. Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessment with all new clients.
- Conduct direct one-to-one consultation with each client individually 2 hours a month.
- Offer resources and information to care providers, service coordinators, and other client representatives.
- Develop, and evaluate behavioral intervention plans (BIP) as needed.
- Provide training (applied behavior analysis) to employees.
- Participate on the center multidisciplinary team as needed.
- Attend select client ISP meetings.
- Assist client with ISP goals and objectives.
- Complete all required documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Attend required trainings/meetings.
- Other tasks as needed.
Pay: $77,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
