Green Path Construction is looking for an experienced Construction Lead to join our growing team. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can lead a crew, solve problems in the field, and deliver projects safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential and light commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and work alongside a small crew.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily jobsite activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and project management.
- Ensure projects meet Green Path Construction’s quality standards.
- Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced employees.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on construction experience.
- Proven experience leading crews.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Framing
- Finish carpentry
- Siding
- Deck construction
- Doors & windows
- Drywall and trim
- General remodeling
- Ability to read blueprints and layouts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor daily.
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Preferred Skills
- Equipment operation experience.
- OSHA safety training.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience estimating or ordering materials.
