Mammography Technologist - Full-Time and Permanent-Hire
We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our imaging team and provide high-quality breast imaging services in a patient-focused environment. The ideal candidate is technically strong, compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering excellent patient care and diagnostic-quality imaging.
What You’ll Do
- Perform mammography and breast imaging examinations according to established protocols and safety standards.
- Select appropriate technical factors based on patient anatomy, body habitus, pathology, and examination requirements.
- Produce and process high-quality diagnostic images that meet established standards for interpretation.
- Maintain a professional, compassionate approach when interacting with patients, physicians, visitors, and healthcare team members.
- Provide an exceptional patient experience while maintaining privacy, dignity, and comfort throughout examinations.
- Follow all organizational policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and in-service programs to maintain and enhance professional expertise.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized imaging environment.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- ARRT Certification required.
- SCRQSA Certification required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong technical skills in mammography and breast imaging.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and quality imaging.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
