About the Role
As Production Supervisor, you will lead a production shift in our milk plant and help drive excellence across safety, quality, productivity, service, and cost performance. You’ll coach and support frontline teams, ensure compliance with food safety and quality programs, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a leader who brings both operational discipline and a people-first mindset.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and support production, receiving, and supervisory teams during your shift.
Create and maintain a safe work environment while reinforcing strong food safety and food quality practices, including HACCP, CCPs, and SQF requirements.
Drive performance across quality, productivity, cost, and service goals.
Train team members on safety, food quality, compliance expectations, and job-specific responsibilities.
Partner with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve issues and keep operations running effectively.· Promote a positive, innovative, and accountable team culture.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement practical, systematic solutions.
Support administrative and operational activities related to supervising a production block.
What You Bring·
3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, food production, dairy, or a related environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of food processing regulations and food safety systems; dairy or organic processing experience is a plus.
Experience with UHT, UP, HTST, Lean, TPM, or world-class manufacturing practices is preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, organization, and decision-making skills.
A high level of integrity, follow-through, initiative, and accountability.
The ability to balance multiple priorities while keeping teams focused, supported, and aligned.

Work Environment
This role works on the plant floor in a cool, wet production environment and requires standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting around production equipment, forklifts, trucks, and tankers.
