Burned Out in Primary Care? This Isn’t That Job.
See 8–15 Patients/Day. No Nights. No Major Holidays.
NP/PA – $114K–$155K (FTE) + Sign-On Bonus
Most health systems expect you to see 25–30+ patients a day—
then finish charting at night. We don’t. At Astia Health, our providers typically see 8–15 patients per day.
That means more time to think, listen, and actually care for people—not just move through them. We’ve built our model around smaller panels, longer visits, and real relationships—not volume.
