Description:
Primary Role:
Completion of all maintenance service requests, while having knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Some of the Responsibilities include:

Maintaining and fixing of our light duty machines and meeting with machine repair personnel as needed.

Repairing of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, masonry, and carpentry needs.

Grounds keeping (including, but not limited to, lawn mowing, snow plowing, salt spreading, tree/shrub trimmings, and general landscape upkeep for both locations).

Preventative maintenance.

Coordinate building maintenance and repairs with vendors and service personnel.

Purchase supplies, compare prices, and obtain contractor estimates.

Conduct daily security checks.

Machinery and equipment installation, set-ups, and adjustments.
-
Inspect building systems and grounds to identify any issues and ensure they are addressed.

Keep up a good appearance on the inside and outside of both facilities.

Organize and maintain the maintenance area.

Assist in the act of production when asked by production management.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Must have proven knowledge and experience in all areas of general maintenance
2+ years’ experience in machine and building maintenance
Machine technician experience preferred
Mechanical abilities/jack of all trades
Industry knowledge
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Must provide a valid driver's license

Able to work independently and with a team
Self-starter, motivated
Good inter-personal skills, a demonstrated ability to productively collaborate with clients, co-workers, and external constituents
Ability to use company communication devices, accurately enter data into a personal computer, and answer telephones in a professional manner

Physical work location setting- Production in person, White Bear Lake- primary Hugo- secondary
Hourly Rate of Pay- $26.00 - $28.00 based on experience and qualifications.
*40 hours per Week- Day Shift- Four 10 hours shifts: Monday-Thursday 5:30 am - 4:00 pm*
