Form Carpenter
B & H Construction of Central Florida, Inc., a state-certified building contractor specializing in concrete and aluminum additions for manufactured homes, is seeking a full-time Form Carpenter. The primary role of Form Carpenters is to construct and assemble forms for flat concrete work.
Job Duties:
- Construct and assemble forms for flat concrete work.
- Read and interpret construction and site plans.
- Use laser level to check grades and elevations.
- Place and tie wire mesh and rebar as needed.
- Comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite to reduce risk and minimize potential losses.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in form carpentry.
- Knowledge of tools, equipment and techniques used in formwork.
- Ability to work with a team, treating coworkers and supervisors with respect.
- Maintain a good track record with attendance and punctuality.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record as well as reliable transportation to and from work.
Paid Holiday after 90 days, and 1-week paid vacation after 1 year of uninterrupted employment.
