What You’ll Do
- Respond to emergency water, fire, and mold damage calls—day or night.
- Set up drying equipment, remove affected materials, and perform demolition as needed.
- Document conditions with photos, moisture readings, and detailed notes using CompanyCam (or similar software).
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and team members.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles to company standards.
- Follow all IICRC, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous restoration, construction, or related trade experience is a plus but not required—we provide training.
- Skills: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined or damp spaces.
- Availability: On-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
