- Assist DDMs in developing client-centric, customized proposals by including creative storytelling, creative designs, in-depth research, and strategic messaging to enhance engagement and win ratios
- Assist DDMs in developing creative and strategic site inspections
- Conduct market and client research by analyzing industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging opportunities, ensuring proposals align with client needs and business objectives
- Assist DDMs in incorporating DEIA and sustainability principles into proposals and account management strategies to align with customer requests
- Provide infrastructure and organizational support for multi-destination programs, ensuring seamless front-end planning and execution.
- Management and development of strategic presentations such as Capabilities Decks, Case Studies, and other requested presentation decks (such as the 3rd Party Deck)
- Support SAT in development of internal creative direction resources for SAT accounts
- Gain understanding of destination team dynamics as well as destination knowledge
- Collaboration with Directors of Design to ensure the right resources are being deployed based on the program needs
- Assist teams, as needed, in conveying creative direction to local vendors
- Work with Vice President of Design on creating consistent processes and templates
- Work with Vice President of Design on continued development of creative support offered by Creative Studio Department
- Participate in internal lead review calls, brainstorm calls, and other calls related to Creative Studio as needed, as well as SAT team calls and meetings as needed
- Participate in overall marketing and sales efforts, including client pitches where applicable, either virtual or in-person

Education and Experience
- Five or more years total work experience with a minimum of two years of event proposal experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding the “mechanics” of a meeting and/or event so you can propose solutions to fulfill client’s objectives
- Experience creating complex and executive level proposals
- Experience on executive level client calls and presentations
- High level of creativity with the ability to provide inventive solutions and “think-outside-the-box”
- Ability to work and collaborate as part of a team as well as independently on projects that require initiative
- High level of organization and time management, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
