Organizational Description
Location: Chesterfield
Reports to: Franchise Owner
Supervises: Movers and Drivers
Summary of Branch Manager Responsibilities
· Perform all daily Branch Manager duties outlined within the Pink Zebra Moving Operations Manual.
· Interview prospective team members at least twice monthly and maintain a roster of “on call” movers at all times.
· Onboard, train, and provide ongoing support to new and existing team members.
· Perform site visits and truck inspections daily.
· Maintain a clean, safe and organized office space at all times.
· Cultivate, nurture, and promote a culture that is focused on providing every customer and prospective customer with a one-of-a-kind moving experience.
· Develop and execute unique, and often personalized, customer experiences.
· Create wow moments with customers.
· Build and improve relationships with team members, customers, key suppliers, and the local community.
· Review company practices to ensure clients maximum satisfaction from each moving experience.
· Educate and inform clients about the company’s mission, products, and services.
· Perform necessary administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling and reporting.
· Act as the primary logistics person to dispatch trucks to job sites.
· Fully utilize all software products required to manage a Pink Zebra Moving location.
· Assist sales team when necessary to help generate and convert qualified leads.
· Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
· Attending to client complaints and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
· Recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
· Seek out and attend events that will aid in driving brand awareness.
· Oversee customer relationship management systems.
· Actively solicit and respond to customer reviews.
· Perform daily lead farming activities.
· Be readily available when needed on Saturdays and some holidays.
