Responsibilities
- Assist with shipping logistics by preparing, packing, and labeling orders accurately for dispatch
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers to load and unload goods efficiently
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels and locations
- Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, shipping documentation, and inventory updates using Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software
- Conduct stock stocking, picking & packing, and order picking activities to fulfill customer orders promptly
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and shipping & receiving procedures for both domestic and international trade requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular inspections
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or related roles with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software, ERP systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Competence in using Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation tasks
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
- Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
- Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment
- Understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and trade compliance standards
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
