Video Production Specialist & Producer
Full-Time | On-Site – Grand Rapids, MI

As the Video Production Specialist & Producer, you will play a key role in creating compelling, Christ-centered video content that brings biblical stories to life and supports global discipleship efforts. You’ll collaborate across teams to produce high-quality media from concept through final delivery.
What You’ll Do

Collaborate with the Media Team and cross-functional partners to create engaging video content that makes the Bible accessible to diverse audiences.

Participate in all stages of production, including pre-production planning, on-location shoots, and post-production editing.

Lead and support productions with expertise in cinematography, videography, and lighting.

Coordinate production logistics such as site scouting, permits, equipment management, and crew/talent scheduling.

Maintain and organize video equipment while staying current with industry trends and recommending improvements.

Provide editing and post-production support using industry-standard tools.

Contribute creative ideas and storytelling approaches aligned with ministry goals.

Foster clear communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).

~5+ years of professional video production experience, including camera operation or related roles.

Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid Media Composer.

Strong storytelling, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.

Experience managing production logistics and working with crews and talent.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently or on a team.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 8 weeks per year).

Additional language skills are a plus.
