Job Overview
We are currently hiring experienced CDL-A End Dump Drivers for local work in the San Antonio area. This position operates day cab trucks with end dump trailers only — no flatbeds, tankers, or OTR routes.
Drivers will transport construction materials such as dirt, sand, gravel, boulders, asphalt, and rock to and from job sites.
This is a Monday through Friday position, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Drivers must be available to work all scheduled days and hours.
We provide the truck and trailer. Drivers must have reliable transportation to get to and from our yard daily.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Local routes only (San Antonio and surrounding areas)
- Home daily
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a day cab tractor with end dump trailer
- Transport construction materials including dirt, sand, gravel, asphalt, rock, and boulders
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily
- Ensure proper load securement and safe dumping procedures
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Keep equipment clean and in good working condition
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Experience operating end dump trailers (REQUIRED)
- Experience hauling construction or aggregate materials preferred
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission trucks
- Clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of DOT safety regulations
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be dependable and able to work full scheduled hours (6AM–5PM, Monday–Friday)
