Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining and food preparation spaces.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Follow food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all products served.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus for managing transactions effectively.
- Knowledge of cash register operations and basic cash handling procedures.
- Ability to sanitize work areas regularly and adhere to health regulations.
- Experience with food handling practices is beneficial for maintaining quality standards.
- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
