American Facility Services (AFSG) has been serving Colorado for more than 37 years, providing commercial janitorial and facility support services to office buildings, medical facilities, industrial properties, educational institutions, and other commercial clients.We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative who enjoys building relationships, creating new opportunities, and closing deals. What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and outreach
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their facility service needs
- Conduct site visits and prepare proposals using company pricing tools
- Respond to RFPs and participate in bid walks
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using our CRM system
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
- Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth transition for new accounts
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or outside sales
- Experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, property management, commercial real estate, or other service industries is preferred, but not required
- Proven ability to develop new business and build lasting client relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- Base Salary: Starting at $72,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure
