As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will meet with customers, explain AT&T products and services, answer questions, and help customers choose the best solutions for their needs. The AT&T Sales Associate will also deliver excellent customer service while contributing to individual and team sales goals.
Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Associate
- Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Meet with customers to identify their communication and connectivity needs.
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment and account setup process.
- Build positive customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company goals.
- Participate in ongoing AT&T Sales Associate training and professional development.
- Provide a professional customer experience while supporting business growth through quality sales interactions.
Qualifications of an AT&T Sales Associate
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
