Folawns Medical Spa & Salon is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Beauty Consultant to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Greet every client with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and manage client communications efficiently
- Educate clients on salon, spa, and medical spa services while recommending products that meet their needs
- Build lasting relationships with clients through outstanding customer service
- Promote retail products and services to help achieve individual and team sales goals
- Perform K-Scan Scalp Analysis consultations and educate clients on treatment recommendations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining client records
- Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
- Assist with daily salon and medical spa operations to ensure a seamless client experience
- Collaborate with the entire team to deliver exceptional service every day
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay of $15.00 per hour
- 90-day performance evaluation with the opportunity to increase to $16.00 per hour based on performance, reliability, and meeting role expectations
- Receive a $100 monthly service credit during your first 90 days of employment to experience our services firsthand and build confidence when recommending treatments to clients
- Earn commission on every K-Scan Scalp Analysis performed
- Monthly bonuses for achieving retail sales goals

Qualifications
- Full-time availability required
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Previous medical spa, salon, or aesthetic industry experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a passion for beauty, wellness, and exceptional client care
