Join our team in the heart of Red River! Texas Reds Steakhouse & Motherlode Saloon is looking for reliable, energetic team members to keep our lodge, dining room, and saloon running smoothly.
We are looking to hire multiple positions where you can plug in where you fit best—whether that’s making sure our lodge rooms are spotless, greeting guests at the door, keeping the dining room/bar floor moving during busy nights, or doing a bit of everything. If you're hard-working, guest-focused, and want flexible hours in a high-energy mountain town staple, we want to hear from you. Cross-training and extra hours available for team members who want them!
Primary Responsibilities (By Area)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Attitude First: Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or housekeeping is a plus, but not required—we will train anyone with a strong work ethic!
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs comfortably throughout a shift.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to work as part of a team (weekend and holiday availability preferred during peak seasons).
- Customer-Minded: Friendly, approachable demeanor when interacting with guests and coworkers.
