Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Supervise stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance our customer service capabilities.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing is advantageous.
