- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for data entry, filing, and document preparation.

- Assist in social media marketing efforts and maintain organized office records.
- Support office management tasks, including calendar management and clerical duties.
