Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
Administer medications and complete treatments as required
Supervise and support nursing assistants
Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
Current RN or LPN License
Medication administration and IV certification
Knowledge of state rules and regulations
Dependable, positive, and team-focused mindset
