Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist in Charge to oversee the operations of our medical cannabis pharmacy. This role is essential in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care to our patients. Duties
- Manage daily pharmacy operations, including overseeing staff and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Conduct patient assessments to provide tailored medication management and counseling.
- Supervise inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage of medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and drug utilization reviews.
- Mentor and train pharmacy medical providers and agents, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory and operations.
Experience
- A licensed pharmacist under Utah Code Title 58 Chapter 17b Pharmacy Practice Act.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and medical management strategies.
- Previous experience managing medical cannabis inventory and patient consultations within a medical cannabis pharmacy setting is beneficial.

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
