Shift Schedule
-
First Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Second Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, including a 10% shift premium.

Weekend Shift: Friday through Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 25% shift premium.
Core Responsibilities

Execute CNC machine setups, manage tool changes, apply offsets, and oversee daily operations.

Ensure all components meet strict quality specifications to help maintain the company's reputation for precision.

Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T specifications, and technical setup instructions.

Verify part accuracy by utilizing precision gaging tools, calipers, and micrometers to ensure high-quality output.

Identify and resolve machining discrepancies by adjusting operational processes.

Assist in the upkeep of equipment to help ensure long-term machine reliability and performance.

Complete necessary deburring and finishing tasks to prepare parts for final delivery.

Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives to help improve overall shop floor efficiency.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of two years of professional experience in CNC machining, specifically with lathes or turning centers.

Demonstrated ability to perform independent machine setups and production runs.

Proficiency in managing offsets, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and operating multiple machines simultaneously.

Strong foundational knowledge of blueprint interpretation and part inspection techniques.

Proven capability to handle complex parts and maintain rigorous tolerance levels.

Prior experience within the aerospace, medical, or high-precision manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
