Door-to-Door Construction Sales Representative (Commission Only)Job Overview
Open View Contracting is seeking highly motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Door-to-Door Construction Sales Representatives to expand our residential and commercial client base throughout Albuquerque and surrounding areas.
This is a field-based, commission-only position designed for individuals who enjoy meeting homeowners face-to-face, generating new business, and building long-term relationships. You will represent Open View Contracting by introducing our services, identifying potential projects, scheduling estimates, and helping clients move forward with their home improvement needs.
Compensation
- Commission Only
- Earn 10% of the net profit on every project you originate, sell, and that is completed and paid in full.
- Unlimited earning potential.
- No cap on commissions.
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door to generate qualified leads.
- Speak with homeowners about their current and future construction needs.
- Schedule free estimates and inspections.
- Build relationships within neighborhoods to generate referrals.
- Follow up with homeowners until the project is sold.
- Work closely with project managers and estimators throughout the sales process.
- Maintain daily records of doors knocked, conversations, appointments, and sales.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
- Represent Open View Contracting with professionalism and integrity.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly activity and sales goals.

Qualifications
- Comfortable walking neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to overcome objections and confidently ask for appointments.
- Reliable transportation.
- Smartphone for communication and lead tracking.
- Previous door-to-door or outside sales experience is preferred but not required.
