Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent patient care standards.
Job Duties Include:
- Rooming patients and recording vital signs
- Administering allergy shots and biologic injections
- Performing spirometry and peak flow measurements
- Assisting providers with allergy testing and pulmonary procedures
- Coordinating prescription refills and prior authorizations
- Patient education and follow-up calls
- Accurate and timely EHR documentation, data entry, and reporting
- Maintaining clinical supplies and sterilization protocols
- Allergy Extract preparation
Job Requirements:
- Must be licensed in the state of Illinois in good standing
- Family Practice or Internal Medicine experience
- Allergy/Immunology/Pulmonary/Sleep experience would be beneficial but will train the right candidate
- BLS Certified
- Requires good computer and typing skills
- Ability to work independently with good nursing judgment, self-motivation and self-confidence
- Ability to travel to Satellite office locations.
Full-time or Part-time, Monday-Friday & 1 Saturday morning per month.
