The Role
We are looking for a charismatic, design-savvy, and result-oriented Sales Associate to be the face of POVISON. You won't just be selling furniture; you’ll be an ambassador for a "hassle-free luxury lifestyle." You will guide high-net-worth clients through our curated collections and help them curate their dream homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Elevate the Experience: Provide a personalized, world-class shopping experience to every visitor in our showroom.
- Drive Results: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by leveraging your product knowledge and closing skills.
- Product Expertise: Master the technical details of our "Fully Assembled" model, including our power-motion sofas, sintered stone tables, and eco-friendly materials.
- Logistics Advocacy: Educate clients on the value of our White-Glove Delivery service to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, interior design, or premium home furnishings.
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with high-end clientele.
- A passion for interior design trends (MCM, Japandi, Minimalism).
- Flexible schedule: Available to work weekends and select holidays.
- Physical ability to move/stage small furniture items and spend extended periods on the showroom floor.
