Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, trim, and furniture. Responsibilities
- Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, trim, and furniture.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and repairing any damage.
- Read and follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate painting.
- Use hand tools and other equipment to complete painting tasks.
- Perform construction painting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storing paint and tools properly.
- Restore damaged or worn surfaces through painting or other means.
- Use basic math to measure and mix paint accurately.
Requirements
- Proven experience in painting, including construction painting and industrial painting.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and other equipment.
- Ability to work safely and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Basic math skills to ensure accurate painting measurements and mixtures.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
