Job Summary
Join our dedicated chiropractic and wellness office as a Chiropractic Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with chiropractors and patients, providing exceptional service while assisting with clinical and administrative tasks. Our office offers a host of services including chiropractic care, spinal decompression, thermography scans, digital motion x-ray, shockwave, cold laser therapy, EMS, ultrasound, nutritional counseling.
Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00-6:30 (lunch 12:30-2). Wednesday/Friday 8-12:30.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with the intake process to ensure accurate medical records and smooth patient flow
- Perform thermography scans on each patient visit.
- Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to support clinical assessments
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist chiropractors during patient examinations and adjustments, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use
- Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) by documenting patient encounters, updating medical histories, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
- Support administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing medical records.
- Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment by adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring all supplies are stocked and properly stored
Skills
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally in rehabilitation setting
- Must have prior experience working in a Chiropractic or medical office setting.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
