Alliance Family Dentistry is looking for a warm, proactive, and highly organized Dental Assistant who takes pride in excellent patient care and wants to continue growing professionally.
We are a comprehensive private dental practice where quality, teamwork, kindness, and attention to detail matter. Our team works across comprehensive, cosmetic, implant, surgical, Invisalign®, and digital dentistry, offering the right candidate an opportunity to expand their skills while being part of a supportive and patient-centered environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures with efficiency, professionalism, and compassion.
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
- Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records.
- Follow proper sterilization and infection-control protocols.
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.
- Work closely as a team to maintain an organized and efficient patient flow.

- Florida Dental Radiography and Expanded Functions (EFDA) credentials preferred.

What We Offer
- $18–$28/hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Monday–Friday schedule, typically 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.
- No weekends.
