Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc., producer of YellaWood brand Pressure-Treated Pine is seeking Lumber Taggers / Groundskeepers. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and a full benefit package.
- Attaches product tag labels to merchandise, material, or product with hand-held industrial stapler machine
- Stacks/moves lumber pieces
- Assists in assembling fence panels and other products using a nail gun
- Checks items for proper identification
- Reports quality deficiencies, shortages, and/or damaged goods
- Keeps record of inventory and checks items for proper identification
- Maintains housekeeping requirements throughout facility
- Other duties: painting, striping, trimming grass/weeds, emptying trash bins & hoppers, etc.
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Previous production experience preferred
- Lumber experience is a plus!
