THIS POSITION WILL START AUGUST 21ST. TRAINING WILL START THE WEEK OF AUGUST 16TH.
Divine Care Homes is seeking a reliable and experienced Qmap/Caregiver or Couple to live in and work together as a team in our small residential assisted living home.
This is a live-in position covering Friday and Saturday, providing 24 hour coverage in a calm, structured dementia-care environment. If you can not work Friday and Saturday please do not apply.
Pay is $320 per day (must have qmap lead/manager experience)
Requirements ( Must Have ALL of the Following)
Experience caring for dementia
Current QMAP
CPR/First Aide done in person from an accredited training provider, such as American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
TB
Current Flu Vaccine
Valid US ID and Social Security
Management expierence
Ability to pass background checks
Reliable, compassionate and professional.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL's)
Medication administration per QMAP guidelines
Overnight supervision and safety monitoring
Light housekeeping related to resident care
Accurate documentation and communication
Provide a calm, respectful, home - like environment
Ideal Candidates:
A Qmap/Caregiver with prior assisted living manager experience
Comfortable living on-site during scheduled days (Staff has their own space)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Dependable and regulation-compliant
Pay: $320.00 per day
