The Ludden Group, P.C. is excited to welcome compassionate, self‑motivated Licensed Mental Health Providers to our well‑established practice. We’ve served Texas communities for over 35 years, and we’re looking for professionals who want to make a meaningful impact.
Who We’re Seeking
We welcome a variety of licensed providers, including:
- Licensed Psychologists
- Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC, LPC‑A)
- Licensed Psychological Associates (LPA)
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
- Master's Level Diagnostician
We are also actively recruiting a Psychiatrist for medication management in both our outpatient setting and our long‑term care/memory care programs.
Nurse Practitioners are welcome but must provide their own supervising physician.
Recent counseling or psychology graduates with master’s or doctoral degrees are encouraged to apply — we love supporting professionals at every stage.
What You’ll Do
Providers may offer:
- Outpatient individual psychotherapy
- Psychological testing, including neuropsychological batteries
- Optional supervision and training for students and interns (a plus!)
- Opportunities for collaboration, team building, and professional growth

As an independent contractor — full‑time or part‑time — you’ll receive access to:

- Testing materials and supplies
- Flexible scheduling
- Appointment scheduling support
- Billing and bookkeeping services

- Children and adolescents
- Adults and couples
- Families
- Older adults and the geriatric population
We operate in Rockwall, Hunt, and Williamson counties, with main offices in Rockwall and Round Rock and we also offer telehealth services statewide.
