Join our dedicated home health care team as a Registered Nurse (RN) for an engaging part-time role scheduled for 8 hours each week on Saturdays from 10 AM to 6 PM. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual health needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, following strict aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
- Monitor vital signs, perform physical examinations, and evaluate patient responses to treatments.
- Provide specialized care for patients with chronic conditions such as long-term care needs, memory care, or post-acute recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on medication management, disease processes, and health maintenance strategies.
- Document all patient interactions accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care delivery.
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
