Job Title: Staff Radiation Therapist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Compensation: Starting at $72/hour – Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Radiation Therapist to join our team. This role involves direct patient care, accurate treatment delivery, and coordination with clinical staff to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and treatment plans
- Operate linear accelerators and maintain treatment equipment
- Ensure accurate setup and positioning of patients
- Monitor patients during treatment and respond to side effects or complications
- Document treatments accurately in the EMR
- Maintain safety and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Dosimetrists, and the clinical team
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
- ARRT certification (Radiation Therapy – T)
- State licensure in CA
- Current BLS certification
- New graduates welcome to apply; experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient service skills
