Position Overview
Legacy Healing Center is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Overnight Admissions Client Care Coordinator to support our admissions team during overnight operations.
This role serves as a critical point of contact for potential clients, families, referral sources, and business development partners. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate with empathy while maintaining strong compliance standards, urgency, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
The Overnight Client Care Coordinator will also assist with coordinating client travel logistics, handling business development referrals, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication throughout the admissions process.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming admissions calls with compassion, professionalism, and urgency
- Coordinate travel arrangements for incoming clients
- Handle and manage business development referrals appropriately and efficiently
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and admissions activity
- Maintain compliance with Legacy admissions standards and protocols
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, referral sources, transportation vendors, and leadership
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients and families during sensitive situations
- Monitor and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Support overnight admissions operations and assist with team coverage as needed
Qualifications
- Prior admissions, behavioral health, healthcare, or call center experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail is required
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Experience with Salesforce, KIPU, and CallTrackingMetrics (CTM) strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Reliable, accountable, and highly responsive
Schedule
- Overnight Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Weekends required
