We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee daily operations for a team within our fulfillment warehouse. This role is responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and supporting a safe, organized, and team-focused work environment.
The position is responsible for:
- Oversee daily picking, packing, shipping, and inventory tasks.
- Checking reports in Ship Hero daily – multiple times in the day to check each team member’s activity.
- ·Track KPI using Ship Hero, meet or exceed KPI
- Ensure that each team member is trained
- Ensure that items are picked and scanned, processed in accordance with SH customer requirements.
- Track order fulfillment based on ship dates
- Ensure receiving, put away and replenishment are conducted accurately
- Ensure that product is located in the correct location in the warehouse
- Complete the “Order by Client” form daily
- Staff according to workload versus labor– communicate needs for more staffing or determine other locations that need extra staffing
- Assist in inventory controls
- Check emails and messages throughout the day
- Be able to prioritize shipments
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment.
- 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory systems, and safety regulations.
- Communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
