Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven Restoration Project Manager to oversee jobs from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing crews, communicating with customers and insurance adjusters, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee water damage and mold remediation projects from initial inspection through completion
- Perform on site inspections and develop scopes of work
- Manage technicians and ensure proper job execution
- Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance representatives
- Document jobs including photos, moisture readings, and notes
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standardsCoordinate scheduling, equipment, and materials for each projectMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the job
Qualifications:
- Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- Detail oriented and organized
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required
