Greet and room patients, ensuring a smooth and comfortable visit
Take vital signs, medical history, and intake information for provider review
Assist with casting, and other minor procedures as assigned
Educate patients by providing medication, treatment, and recovery instructions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Ensure a safe and organized clinical environment, following infection control procedures
Support providers by preparing exam rooms, managing supplies, and assisting in procedures
Work collaboratively with physicians, NP/PAs, and fellow clinical staff to optimize patient care
