Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and overall hygiene of residential or commercial spaces. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of living and working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and appropriate use of cleaning equipment.
- Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
- Manage residential or commercial cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to established protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or hotel experience is highly desirable.
- Skills in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to perform laundry duties accurately and efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and custodial procedures.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and safety protocols.
