Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client records in close coordination with internal staff
- Manage a high call volume efficiently and negotiate on behalf of clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication
- Develop a strong understanding of each client’s goals, challenges, and business environment
- Schedule regular check-ins to review account status, gather feedback, and align on negotiating next steps
- Oversee the settlement agreement process to support account management and retention
