Total Compensation: $107,139+/year
This full-time licensed therapist role includes a $90,000 annual base salary, plus additional compensation value through paid time off, 401(k) employer match, quarterly productivity bonus potential, unlimited CEU access, and performance-based raise potential.
Compensation package includes:
Base salary: $90,000 annually
Quarterly productivity bonus: Up to $5,400 annually
401(k) employer match: Up to $1,800 annually
Unlimited CEU access: $2,500+ estimated annual value
Paid time off: 16 paid days, including holidays, vacation, and sick time, with an estimated value of $5,539
Annual performance-based raise: 1–3%, with an estimated value of $900–$2,700
Monthly vacation hour awards: Additional bonus opportunity
Total estimated year-one compensation value: $107,139+
Bonus estimate is based on approximately 29 productivity hours per week. Higher performers may earn more. Bonus opportunities, raises, and other compensation components are subject to eligibility, productivity, performance, and applicable company plan or policy terms.

Role Expectations
- Provide weekly virtual therapy sessions
- Maintain a caseload of 27 billable sessions/week (including no-shows/late cancels), supported by a full administrative and care navigation team to reduce non-clinical workload
- Timely documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes)
- Collaborative care with our licensed navigation and admin support teams
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
Requirements
- Active independent California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist
- HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Not opted out of Medicare
- Ethical/legal compliance
