American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/IR Tech for a 13-week contract at an acute care Level II Trauma hospital, with day shifts and on-call requirements including STEMI response.

Works in a Cath Lab/IR setting at a 360-bed acute care Level II Trauma hospital
-
Caseload of 8–12 cases per shift
-
4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
-
On-call is required, averaging approximately 7–10 days per month
-
STEMI Call team members must be able to respond within 30 minutes of activation
-
One full weekend of call required per month
-
No floating between units required
-
Charting is performed in Cerner and McKesson
-
Current BLS and ACLS required
-
ARRT certification required, or RCIS with IR experience

Maryland license required if applicable
-
RCIS candidates must have IR experience to be considered

Two professional references required for consideration

Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

This facility has a strict no-tobacco policy and tests for nicotine and cotinine — candidates who use any form of nicotine (cigarettes, vapes, patches, gum, etc.) are not eligible for this position
