Job Description:
- Disassemble and inspect AC and DC electric motors ranging from NEMA frames to several thousand HP, 460 volts 3 phase to 6.6kv. Anti-friction and sleeve bearing motors.
- Perform basic electrical tests on motors, meggar, hi-pot, surge test.
- Perform basic mechanical inspection including checking bearing , journal, seal tolerances, and shaft runouts.
- Parts cleaning and painting as needed.
- Assemble motors including scrapping in sleeve bearings, test run, record electrical data, record vibration readings.
- All work done and documented to ISO 9001 standards.

Schedule: 8 Hour Shifts
Day Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Night Shift: 2:30 - 11:00 pm
*Looking for both shifts.
