Floor Technician
Global Cleaning Services is seeking dependable and motivated Floor Technicians to provide floor care services at commercial facilities throughout Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads.
This position is responsible for maintaining and restoring a variety of floor surfaces using professional floor care equipment and cleaning procedures.
Schedule:

Part-time or Full-time

Evening and weekend work may be required

Additional hours may be available based on business needs
Responsibilities:

Strip, wax, buff, and restore hard floor surfaces

Operate floor care equipment, including buffers, burnishers, scrubbers, and other cleaning machines

Maintain carpets, tile, vinyl, and other flooring materials
-
Follow safety procedures and proper chemical usage guidelines

Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning

Support general cleaning services as needed

Maintain quality standards at assigned facilities
Qualifications:

Previous floor care experience preferred

Experience operating floor care equipment preferred

Valid driver's license required
-
Reliable transportation
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift, push, pull, and move equipment and supplies

Ability to perform physical work for extended periods
