We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high standards of quality, and providing outstanding customer service.
As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning residential homes according to company standards while ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine, deep, move-in/move-out, and specialized residential cleaning services.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
- Clean and disinfect countertops, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, and appliances.
- Change bed linens and make beds as requested.
- Clean baseboards, window sills, ceiling fans, and other detailed areas.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to company guidelines.
- Follow established cleaning checklists and procedures.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and team members.
- Arrive at scheduled jobs on time and maintain a professional appearance.
- Report any customer concerns, damages, or safety issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience preferred.
- Experience with deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, standing, and reaching for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check.
