Moet Law Group, APC is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice in our Irvine office. We are seeking an Attorney with 5+ years of experience including trials. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. The ability to multitask, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position.
The Senior Personal Injury Attorney will manage and oversee all phases of post-litigation personal injury cases. Key responsibilities include conducting case review, drafting legal (pleading/discovery/motions, etc..) documents, conducting depositions, and defending depositions of clients, retaining experts, taking and defending expert depositions, negotiating settlements, and trial preparations.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of personal injury experience focusing on post-litigation.
- A valid license and good standing to practice law in the state.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
- A proven track record in managing personal injury cases to trial and achieving favorable outcomes.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills (preferred but not required).

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $175,000+ per year (dependent on experience).
- Additional factors: Experience, education, and job tenure may influence the final offer.
