Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and room assignments using hotel management software
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns and ensure room readiness
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects our commitment to excellent customer service
- Must have open availability as hotels run 24/7, weekends, holidays and flexibility are a must
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on guest services
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems confidently
- Experience with night audit procedures and basic hotel accounting practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Familiarity with resort operations and guest relations best practices
